Our Fire Risk Assessment Service

Current fire safety legislation requires companies to designate a “responsible person” to be responsible for fire safety. The legislation also includes a legal requirement to have “fire risk assessments” carried out by a “competent person”. A “competent person” is defined as a person who has sufficient training, knowledge or other qualities to carry out the role.
