Our Approved Inspector service is very much geared to the needs of our clients. We are happy to provide early input to projects without any obligation on your part to formally retain or pay us. Only when a project receives a firm go ahead and requires formal Building Regulation approval will we ask you to appoint us and agree our charge.
Our Building Regulation Advice service is designed to provide swift and definitive answers to Building Regulation related queries. This has the obvious benefit of reducing the potential for delays and abortive work at both design and construction stages.
Our Fire Risk Assessment service is designed to ensure that an employer, occupier or owner satisfies their legal obligations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to carry out regular assessments of their premises and to make safe any undue fire risks identified.
