Based in Hampshire, close to the borders of Berkshire and Surrey, GSA is a Government licensed Approved Inspector providing Building Regulation approvals for all types of building work. We operate mainly in London and the southeast, but can also service the whole of England and Wales. As a private sector organisation, GSA fully appreciates the pressures and constraints under which our clients work, and have designed a customer focused service to reflect this.

In addition to administering Building Regulations our building control surveyors are also fully qualified to undertake fire risk assessments and to provide a Building Regulation advice service the latter being particularly valued by our current clients.
